Mitch has arrived in India for his much-awaited return to the prestigious Indian Premier League (IPL) tournament.

He was given a warm welcome by his team, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) who have a good squad assembled for this edition of the IPL.

“It is nice to be back playing in the IPL after a nine year hiatus and I look forward to making my debut for KKR at a packed Eden Gardens stadium on Saturday night”, said Mitch.

KKR will play Sunrisers Hyderabad in their first match, who are captained by Mitch’s Aussie team-mate, Pat Cummins.
